Which template should I use?
Use the Service Agreement when a company delivers ongoing work, the Freelance Agreement when an individual delivers a defined project with deliverables and revisions, and the Consulting Agreement when you are buying advice and time rather than a finished artefact.
Who owns the work when it is finished?
You choose. “Client owns them on full payment” assigns the deliverables to the client and keeps the provider's pre-existing tools licensed; the alternative keeps ownership with the provider and grants the client a perpetual licence. The IP clause rewrites itself either way.
Can I invoice against the contract?

What happens to what I type?
